We are committed to working towards the best balance of hard work, commitment and wellbeing.
We are proud to be awarded the Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation. Gaining and retaining the Charter is a recognition of all the brilliant health and wellbeing work and practices that take place across our Trust.
Each academy has a Wellbeing Committee that meet regularly and report to Senior Leaders. We also have a number of Mental Health Leads and Mental Health First Aid trained employees who are available to offer the appropriate support.
We work hard and develop resilience to ensure that we are able to collectively and positively overcome any barriers that we face.
We are relentlessly ambitious for all our students and colleagues and challenge them to do their best, every lesson, every day.
We are truly inclusive, embrace each other’s differences and backgrounds and respect each other’s views and beliefs.
